It is very exciting to have the Word of God in you, there is nothing exciting like keeping the Word of God. Remember in the beginning there was the Word and the Word was with God, now the Word became flesh – [John 1: 1] and tabernacled amongst us. This is the Word of Life. Once we have this Word, immortality is a guarantee. When we focus on Him and look unto Him, definitely our lives are hidden with Christ in God.
What do we mean when we say immortality? When you are immortal, that is where we find the drinking of poison and you are not harmed, and it is where we find the picking up of snakes [See Mark 16].
